FAQ
I can't afford to attend. Do you have any sponsorships available?
Please do not let cost prevent you from attending. We have sponsorships available to cover a portion of the retreat cost. Please contact Cathy Hayter via text at 813-843-8969.
What is included in the retreat package?
Every woman who attends a Beloved & Beautiful Weekend Retreat becomes an active participant in a truly transformative experience. Expect to immerse yourself in a welcoming atmosphere where meals and snacks are thoughtfully provided, aligning with the schedule to cater to your needs. Engage in four God-centered sessions designed to ignite deep reflection and experiential growth, nurturing a profound connection with one another and with your faith journey. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered from materials and meals to lodging, based on your preference.

Can I request a roommate?
Absolutely! In the registration form below, you can indicate your preferred roommate selection. Please share the first and last name and we will do our best to accommodate. Details on rooms will be shared closer to the retreat itself.

Is a single occupancy option at the retreat location available?
Unfortunately it isn’t. We want to allow as many women who would like to lodge on location to do so, which is why we can not accommodate a single occupancy request at Shiloh Farm.

I have dietary restrictions, can you accommodate?
Gluten & dairy free options can be made. Please indicate in your registration form what dietary restrictions you have so we can plan accordingly.
If you have special dietary requirements beyond what meals are offered, please plan ahead and bring any necessary foods with you to the retreat. These can be stored in the kitchen either on shelves or in a refrigerator specifically for participants’ use. Space is limited, so we ask that you bring only those food items that are necessary. Please provide your own sealed plastic containers, and mark them with your name and the date.

What should I pack or plan to wear?
We want you to be comfortable, so casual attire is just perfect! Be sure to pack accordingly. Here are some suggestions.
-

When is arrival time?
The retreat begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, , however, arrival is from 5-6 p.m. Feel free to come early, explore the property and begin to press the pause button early!

What are activities that I can expect to do during free time?
Shiloh Farm is on 2 acres of God’s beauty. There will be ample free time to walk the grounds, journal, relax and converse with other women.
